I had made a complaint to repair my Samsung Fridge, which was attended to by Mr.Saurabh of Quick Repir & Centre – Uttam Nagar on 3rd May 2016 on your instructions. He replaced two parts and charged Rs.2500/- (one was timer and one defreezing part). We paid the amount vide Receipt No.836 dt.3-5-2016. The fridge repaired by them has not been working at all and they have cheated us. I do not understand as to why a reputed company like Samsung engages such persons/agencies for repairs.
I have been repeated requested them to come and see the fridge again – but having given the time twice – they did not turn up. Now they are even responding to my telephone calls. This is ridiculous and I am really fed up with such a reputed company called SAMSUNG.
I do not know – what is the relief for customers like me.
I wish you to take the matter seriously and send someone to repair the fridge free of charge as I have already paid adequate amount for the parts (which were not more than Rs.500) i.e. Rs.2500/-.

Good afternoon samsung family. I have lodged a complaint last week. I was told that somebody will contact u. I waited. I got a call from yr mcnc who said that he won’t be available before noon. He said that I have to lodge the complaint again. I did that and Saturday (4.6.2016) was fixed. But sorry to say, he didn’t turned up. I cancelled my program. Yesterday I got that he call from him at 12.30pm saying that he can’t come and will come on Monday. He fixed the time between 1.30pm that he old 2.00pm. I had to go to bank for that he old he meeting which I cancelled. Now you tell me why should I goo to for samsung products. I was planning to go yr new refer. 5+1. But I am sorry. Now u tell me what to do. Yr mcnc are gods.no value of customers. Have a good week.
